Just to let you know we have new stock of chocolate bars but Cadburys have changed the look of the fundraising boxes slightly - they now come in a mixed range of dairy milk, caramello and marvelous creations.  They are still selling for $2.50 each.  The selling is a great help to students and families.

Yesterday the students of R7 were lucky enough to go to Wellington for the day.  The first stop was the National War Memorial.  We had an awesome guided tour that gave us all an in-depth insight to the history and future of NZ as a Global Country.  We walked through the heart of the city to Waitangi Park and stopped to play basketball and rugby (we got a little muddy).  We had a quick look at the Gandhi statue and saw a little blue penguin swimming in the harbour.  He was too fast for the camera! We then finished at Te Papa to see a very emotional exhibition of Gallipoli, the Weta Workshop did an amazing job on creating the giants.  R7 would like to thank Ti, Peta, Henry and Mr Jackett for navigating the class around Wellington.  Thank you!  By Tayne McKinnon.

Peter Lakai R5  won Mr Hastie’s principal award and Jahzalia Hollis R7  the lucky gold card draw.  Well done!

Please note these should be starting to be returned to us.  You will receive a letter of acceptance once your form is received.
