PERSONAL HEALTH & HYGIENE

Now we are enjoying warmer weather please could you support us in ensuring your child is staying healthy by checking clothing is changed for sport and that with all the exercise they are getting at school they are showering regularly.

Also could you talk to them about the importance of drinking plenty of water and keeping themselves hydrated.  We have water fountains around the school.

If your child suffers from asthma and it is brought on by exercise they need to use their inhaler before exercise.
